SALMON LOG 
1 (8 oz.) can salmon, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

Combine all ingredients, beat well and then chill. Make into log and roll in chopped pecans. Serve with sesame crackers or Triscuits.
