CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Backfin Crabmeat
1 c. mayonnaise
4 eggs (boiled hard)
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
3/4 c. fresh milk
1 medium onion, grated

Mix all ingredients and put in casserole dish. Cook at 350 degrees until brown (about 30 minutes).
