3 c. catsup
1 c. water
6 tbsp. vinegar
6 tsp. minced onion
3 tsp. celery seed
3/4 c. brown sugar

Combine ingredients in crockpot and simmer for 1 hour. Add 3 packages of little hot dogs and simmer until hot.
