TWINKIE DESSERT 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. hot water
1 can 7-Up
1 box Twinkies
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Cut Twinkies in half and put in 9 x 13 inch dish marshmallow side up. Mix Jello with hot water. Add 7-Up and pineapple juice. Add ice cream, beat. Add pineapple and pour mixture over Twinkie. Chill until firm.
