CINNAMON STREUSEL CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/3 c. water

STREUSEL:

1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. butter, melted

GLAZE:

3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. milk

In large bowl blend cake mix, pudding, oil, water and eggs. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread 3/4 of batter evenly in greased and floured tube pan. Combine streusel ingredients. Sprinkle 2/3 over batter in pan. Spread remaining batter over streusel. Top with remaining streusel. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool in pan for 25 minutes, then remove from pan. Cover with glaze.
