CINNAMON STREUSEL CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/3 c. water
2 eggs

STREUSEL:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. Combine cake mix, oil, pudding, water and eggs. Beat for 2 minutes.

In separate bowl combine streusel ingredients. Spread 3/4 of batter into pan. Sprinkle 2/3 of streusel spread. Remaining cake batter then topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Cool. Can be glazed with 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar and 1 tablespoon milk.
