CINNAMON STREUSEL CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 box butterscotch instant pudding (4 serving size)
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/3 c. water
2 eggs

Mix all the above and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

STREUSEL:

1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Mix all together.

Spread 3/4 batter in greased and floured tube pan. Put 3/4 streusel over batter. Then spread on the rest of the batter followed with the rest of the streusel. Bake 40-50 minutes at 375 degrees.

Cool and glaze with 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar and 1 tablespoon milk mixed together. Drizzle glaze over cake for an attractive look.
