COLE SLAW 
2 lg. heads cabbage or 4 pkgs. shredded
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard (Gulden's brown)
1 tsp. salt
Mayonnaise (about 1 c.)

Place in container shredded cabbage and 2 teaspoons vinegar. Hand squeeze and mix. Let stand for 1/2 hour. Add sugar; mix well. Let stand for 1 hour. Add salt, mustard and mayonnaise. Mix well. Place in an air tight container and refrigerate immediately.
