FLAKY PIE CRUST 
3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. Crisco
1/4 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. milk
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Put Crisco in bowl. Add boiling water and beat with fork until it looks like whipped cream. Add milk and still using fork mix well. Add in thirds, the flour along with salt. Still using fork, mix well, cleaning sides of bowl. Roll into 2 large patties. Roll out on floured board.
