ITALIAN NON MEAT BALLS 
4 eggs
1 onion
1 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 lb. saltines, crushed
1 c. uncooked instant oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Soften cream cheese. Blend eggs, onion and nuts. Add to cream cheese and stir well. Add the other ingredients; mix well. Roll into balls, messy but worth it. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn meatballs over. Bake another 20 to 30 minutes. Bring to boil, stirring frequently your favorite 3 quarts spaghetti sauce. Pour in meatballs and let sit for 1 hour (do not simmer). Yield: approximately 25. Serves 8.
