OKLAHOMA HASH 
1 lb. ground beef
3 lg. onions, sliced
1 lg. green bell pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain. Saute onions and green pepper in same skillet until tender. Add tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Spoon into 2-quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
