YUM. YUM. Taste like "butta" and love the "snappy" texture.
I followed the recipe EXACTLY as described. Cookies released from the foil VERY easily after they are completely cool, so I just slid the foil off with the warm cookies on it and re-foiled the pan for the next batch. It made almost 5 dozen. I think I had only 2-3 that broke, so I was forced to eat them right away!!!

Absolutley wonderful! Very crunchy and tasty. Used parchment paper instead of foil with no sticking at all.

LOVE these cookies - super easy to make and absolutely delicious. BUT - they drive me crazy because I can't get them to peel off the foil in one piece. They almost always break in at least 2 or more pieces. Anyone know how to get them to peel off whole? Thanks!
