Round steak
Onions
1 can Budweiser
butter

Budweiser is the best beer to cook with. Alcohol cooks out of this dish.

Slice onions and saute in butter until clear. Remove onions and add more butter, if needed. Flour round steak and brown. Return onions to steak and turn heat down to 200 degrees or so to just simmer if using electric skillet. Add a can of Budweiser beer, cover and cook for 2 hours.

Makes round steak very tender and tasty. Adjust amount of ingredients for amount needed.
