3-4 boiled jacketed med. sweet potatoes
1/4 to 1/2 c. brown or white sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
Marshmallows

Boil sweet potatoes until done. Peel and mash, adding sugar, butter, egg, cinnamon, and raisins (boiled in a little water until tender). Turn into casserole dish; top with marshmallows and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until marshmallows are toasted. Serves 6-8.
