CRAB BITES 
1 lb. crab meat
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 lg. egg
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. English dry mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Deep fat for frying

Remove all cartilage from crab meat. Mix together bread crumbs and all dry seasonings. Add egg and mayonnaise. Add crab meat and mix thoroughly; do not compact. Shape into bite sized balls. Deep fry until browned. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
