SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped or 1/2 c. onion flakes
1 egg
4 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. milk
Salt, pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Shape into walnut-size ball and place in baking dish.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. water

Mix and pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
