MIRACLE FUDGE (MICROWAVE) 
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (small size)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme or Fluff
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
walnut halves or pecans

Combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk and salt in 4-quart mixing bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 3 minutes. Stir until well blended. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 6 or 7 minutes or until mixture boils and forms a soft ball in cold water (234°F to 240°F on candy thermometer).

Add chocolate pieces and stir until melted. Fold in Marshmallow Creme and vanilla until well blended.

Pour into a buttered 13x9-inch baking dish. Refrigerate several hours until firm. Cut into squares. Top each square with walnut halves.

Note: A candy thermometer is recommended.

Makes 72 squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
