1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix half cake mix with butter, vanilla and eggs. Stir in remaining cake mix and the chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Yield: about 5 dozen cookies.
