BIG FAT COOKIES 
Utensils: Cookie sheet, large mixing bowl, electric mixer, rubber scraper, measuring cup, rubber scraper, tablespoon, pancake turner, wire cooling rack.

1 pkg. (18.5 oz.) yellow or devils food cake mix w/pudding.
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheet with shortening.

2. Prepare cake mix as directed on package except use 1/2 cup water and 2 eggs. Omit salad oil. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons 3 inches apart onto the greased sheet. Sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate chips.

3. Bake in 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until almost no impression remains when a cookie is touched lightly. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute. Lift cookies to rack with pancake turner.
