POLO CON VINO BIANCO 
6 chicken thighs, skinned
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. white wine
Garlic salt
Pepper
Parmesan cheese

Cover bottom of baking dish with 1/4 cup olive oil. Sprinkle in 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Arrange chicken parts over crumb-oil mixture. Pour wine over chicken, season with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Pour remaining olive oil over chicken and cover generously with the rest of the crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees until done. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese 10 minutes before time is up.
