MOZZARELLA MEAT WHIRL 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, pepper and salt; pat into 10x14 rectangle on waxed paper. Place cheese slices on beef mixture. Roll tightly as for jelly roll, starting at short end and lifting paper with 1 hand. Press ends to seal. Transfer to shallow baking dish, seam side down.

Combine catsup, water and Worcestershire sauce; pour over beef. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, basting frequently. Serve with drippings.
