WILLIAMSBURG RICE 
1 stick of butter
2 c. long grain rice
1 can Campbell's French Onion soup
1 can Consomme' (Beef) soup
1 can water
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt stick of butter in casserole dish. Add rice then soups and water. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Good with pork or chicken.
