YUMMY CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, beat until fluffy
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice (I use less than 1/3 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese until fluffy then add milk. Beat until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Chill at least 3 hours. Put this mixture in graham cracker crust.
