BUTTER-ME-NOT BISCUITS 
2 c. Bisquick
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
Water

Preheat oven to 475°F.

Mix first 3 ingredients; add just enough water to moisten. Form into a ball on a floured cloth and knead 10 times; pinch off enough dough for the size biscuit you want and roll in your hand. Place on ungreased baking sheet; bake 10 minutes.

Makes 8 to 12 biscuits.
