CELEBRATION COFFEE CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 (6 oz.) sour cream 4 eggs 2 boxes dry coconut pecan frosting mix 1 stick butter, cubed sm. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Mix cake and sour cream and eggs. Spread 1/2 of the batter in pan. Sprinkle with 1 box of the dry frosting mix. Spread remaining cake batter on top. Sprinkle with second box of dry cake mix. Dot top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Top will be uneven. Serve warm if desired. |
