COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
2/3 c. oil
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans or as desired

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, beaten eggs, oil, water and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Pour half the batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle half on top of batter in the pan. Spread remaining batter on top the other half of sugar and cinnamon and then the pecans over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for about 10 minutes and drizzle with frosting mixture. This freezes well.
