CINNAMON APPLESAUCE SALAD 
2 pkgs. lemon Jello, 3 oz.
1/2 c. red cinnamon candies
3 c. boiling water
2 c. canned applesauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Dissolve 2 packages (3 ounce) lemon Jello, 1/2 cup cinnamon candies in 3 cups boiling water. Stir in 2 cups canned applesauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and dash of salt. Chill until partly set. Pour into 8x8 or 9x9 pan or Pyrex dish.

Blend two 3 ounce packages cream cheese, 1/4 cup milk and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Spoon on top and swirl through salad to marble. Chill until firm. Serve on lettuce leaf.
