DELUXE PORK CHOPS 
2 c. corn flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp. lime juice
4 pork chops (3/4 inches thick)

One hour before serving, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease shallow baking pan. On waxed paper combine cereal, salt, oregano, garlic salt and pepper. In pie plate, beat egg and lime juice. Dip each chop in egg mixture, then cereal mixture, place in baking pan. Bake 50 minutes or until fork tender. 4 servings.
