SAUSAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. sausage (mild or hot, depending on preference)
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. water

Mix Bisquick and water. Knead slightly. Roll out dough to oblong 7x12 inch. Spread raw sausage on dough and roll into jelly roll. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
