EASY PECAN PIE 
8-inch Pie:

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
3/4 c. corn syrup
3/4 c. pecans, or more if desired

Beat together ingredients, except pecans. Mix in the pecans. Pour into pastry lined pan.

Bake until set and pastry is browned at 375°F for 40 to 50 minutes.
