WAFFLES 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. cultured buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, separated
1 stick melted butter

Sift together salt, flour, soda, and baking powder. Beat egg yolks and put into buttermilk. Whip egg whites until stiff and fold into batter after you have added the melted butter.
