SCALLOPED POTATOES 
5 med. white potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. finely chopped onions
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place thinly sliced potatoes in a casserole dish in layers, 2 or 3, if possible. Arrange a layer of potatoes and then a layer of onions, paprika, salt and cheese. Heat in a small saucepan the soup with milk and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the potatoes and add more grated cheese. Cover and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 40 minutes and cook uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes longer.
