GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
2 gallons green tomatoes
1 gallon onions
4 tbsp. salt
3 pt. vinegar
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 gallon green pepper
12 hot peppers
5 c. sugar
1 box pickling spice tied up in sock

Cut tomatoes, onions and peppers in chunks. Add remaining ingredients, boil until onions are clear. Put in sterilized jars and seal. Process in hot water bath 10 minutes.
