GREEN BEANS WITH MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. green beans (ends trimmed)
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp. hot water
2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Place steamer rack over 1 inch boiling water in saucepan. Add green beans, cover and steam for 4 minutes. Add mushrooms; steam 2-3 minutes longer. Transfer to serving bowl.

Combine water and mustard in small bowl. Pour over vegetables. Add butter, toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
