HONEY OATMEAL BREAD 
1 c. quick cooking oats
2 c. water
3 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. honey
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 eggs, beaten
5 c. flour

Cook oats in boiling water. Add butter, salt and honey. Cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water. When oats have cooled, add eggs, yeast and 2 cups flour. Beat well and then add the rest of the flour, 1 cup at a time. Turn out on a floured board and knead. Put in greased bowl, cover with a cloth and let rise until doubled. Knead again and make into rolls or loaves. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
