IRISH OATMEAL BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. quick oats
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. honey
1 1/3 c. milk

Grease 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. In large bowl put in flour, oats, baking powder and salt. Beat egg, honey and milk well. Pour egg mix into oat mix until dry ingredients are moist. Spread batter in pan; bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until crust. Turn loaf out on a wire pan.
