TRIPLE CHEESE CHICKEN LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. green peppers
3 tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. American cheese

Cook noodles according to directions on box. Cook onion and peppers in butter until tender. Stir in soup, mushrooms, pimento and milk and basil.

Lay half of noodles in a 13x9x2-inch pan; top with half of soup mixture, cottage cheese, chicken, American cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers of noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
