SCALLOP CASSEROLE 
3 lb. scallops
1 c. butter
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. bread crumbs
1 1/3 c. cream
Salt
Pepper

Melt butter. Add to crumb mixture. In casserole dish, layer scallops and crumb mixture, alternating each layer with cream. End with layer of crumb mixture. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
