FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Mix dry ingredients. Add 1 egg and 1 can fruit cocktail with juice. Pour into greased pan. Sprinkle topping on cake. Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
