SUMMER FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. cantaloupe balls
2 c. honeydew balls
1 c. seedless grapes
2 c. nectarines, sliced
2 pineapple chunks
2 kiwi, sliced
2 cans mandarin oranges
Honey-Sour Cream Dressing

Mix all fruits together. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaf in fruit cups if desired with Honey-Sour Cream Dressing.

HONEY-SOUR CREAM DRESSING:

2 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. orange juice

Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
