SUNDAY FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices French bread, 3/4 inch thick
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier or orange juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Butter to brown toast and powdered sugar to sprinkle on golden finished toast

Arrange bread in single layer in 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. In medium bowl beat eggs with milk, Grand Marnier, sugar, vanilla and salt. Blend well. Pour over bread, turn slices to coat evenly.

Refrigerate overnight. Hot butter in skillet. Saute bread about 4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serves 4.
