CORN RELISH 
1 gallon corn, cut off cob
1 qt. celery, chopped
2 lbs. sugar
2 tbsp. turmeric
2 qts. cabbage, chopped
1 qt. red & green mangoes, chopped
1 tbsp. powdered mustard
3 tbsp. salt
2 pts. vinegar
1 pt. water

Boil 20 to 30 minutes. Thicken with 2 tablespoonfuls cornstarch. Can in sterile jars (pint) and seal.
