THE KITCHEN SINK 
1/2 lb. sausage
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1/2 bell pepper
6-8 mushrooms
1/2 white onion
3 green onions
8 lg. eggs
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. milk
Season to taste with garlic salt, pepper, and salsa

Brown sausage and drain grease. Chop julienne style the celery and carrots. Dice bell pepper. Add to browned sausage. Slice mushrooms, diced onion and add to sausage. Beat 8 eggs well while adding 1/3 cup of milk. Pour over sausage mixture; cover with cheddar cheese. Stir before serving. Add seasoning to taste during cooking process.
