LIVERWURST ROLL 
1 pkg. liverwurst or braunschweiger
1 tsp. garlic chips
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops Tabasco sauce
Lg. cream cheese

Let liverwurst and cream cheese stand at room temperature. Mix liverwurst with 1 teaspoon garlic chips and Worcestershire sauce. Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Chill liverwurst. Roll in refrigerator. Moisten hands with water in order to wrap a covering of softened cream cheese around liverwurst roll. Refrigerate. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve roll with crackers.
