LUNCH BOX SQUARES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini, drained
Choco bits and walnuts

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Blend in vanilla and buttermilk. Add dry ingredients slowly to creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini by hand. Spread into greased 9 x 13 inch pan for cake or 11 x 16 inch jelly roll pan for bars. Sprinkle choco bits and walnuts for topping. Bake at 350 degrees. Cake 45 minutes. Bars 15 to 20 minutes.
