MEXICAN LUNCH 
1 lb. hamburger (extra lean)
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 c. macaroni, uncooked
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. tomatoes
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat with pepper and onions, salt and pepper; drain. Return to skillet. Add sugar, tomatoes, milk and macaroni. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cook approximately 45 minutes.
