DO AHEAD EGGS - GREAT FOR BRUNCH 
8 slices bread
8 oz. cheese
Ham or bacon
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Tabasco
Paprika

Pull apart bread and put in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Cover with 1/2 pound cheese. Add meat (as much as you like). Separately, beat eggs; add milk, salt and a dash of Tabasco. Pour over bread, etc. Sprinkle liberally with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (uncovered). Best if refrigerated overnight, but not necessary.
