MAKE-AHEAD BREAKFAST EGGS | |
12-15 eggs, beaten slightly 1/2 c. milk Salt, pepper 1 tbsp. butter 8 oz. sour cream 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1. Cook scrambled eggs in butter until eggs are set but still moist. 2. Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. 3. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. 4. Uncover and bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot with toast or muffins. |
