TURKEY CRUNCH 
3 c. cooked turkey or chicken, diced
2 hard boiled eggs
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
3/4 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 tbsp. onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can chow mein noodles

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Stir soup and mayonnaise and toss with mixture. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
