MEXICAN ROLL - UPS 
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mild green chiles, diced
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (4 oz.) can black olives, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
5 (10 inch) flour tortilla shells
Seasoning salt & garlic powder to taste

Mix all ingredients except tortillas. Spread evenly over tortillas. Roll up and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours or overnight. Cut about 1/2 inch to one inch thick. These can also be served with salsa.
